In any case, industrial property protection is a toolbox (and not an end), the effective use of which can substantially increase the potential for exploitation of R&D results.
The protection of intellectual property is of particular importance for technical and technological solutions and processes resulting from R&D projects.
As part of our industrial property consultancy service, we support our partners in preparing the legal protection of their technical results.
This is done in close cooperation with national and international patent offices (EPO, EPO) and with highly experienced patent attorneys.
The aim of the service is to explore the business potential of the research results, together with our partners, and to support the market introduction and exploitation of the resulting technological results to the greatest extent possible. In addition, our aim is to provide education in the field of industrial property protection, in order to give our corporate partners the fullest possible picture of the opportunities available to them.
