Presentation of the project:
The aim of the project is to proactively develop a commercial vehicle powertrain based on the needs of our customers, ensuring a high level of balanced profitability of our activities, thus strengthening the domestic economy in the long term.
The resulting product not only meets changing customer needs, but also represents a “greener” element in the portfolio. In addition to increasing efficiency and performance, the aim is to create a system that is interchangeable, so that the new engine can be installed in place of smaller versions.
The new product will result in lower vehicle consumption through lower mechanical losses, which will contribute to reduced emissions. In order to reduce mechanical losses, it is necessary to reduce oil lubrication losses and optimise driveline components.
