The National Research, Development and Innovation Office, through the National Research, Development and Innovation Fund, has awarded a grant to Bay Zoltán Applied Research Nonprofit Ltd. (Bay Zoltán Research Centre) for the project “Participation in the National Network of Applied Research Institutes”, 2021-1.1.2-AKH with the project number 2021-1.1.2-AKH-2021-00001 and the project title “Provision of R&D&I services to SMEs and Start-up companies for the implementation of complex innovative technology developments”, on the basis of which it announces the 2021-1.1.2-AKH under the sub-programme A of the Call for Proposals “Involvement of Enterprises in Complex Innovative Technology Development” to stimulate the economy through the support of knowledge and technology transfer, industry-focused R&D&I activities in order to increase the innovation added value of domestic enterprises. The Bay Zoltán Applied Research Nonprofit Ltd. has been awarded HUF 651 million with 100% funding intensity to support SMEs, with a planned implementation period of 01 January 2022 – 31 December 2023.
Public financing provides funding for SMEs and Start-ups to develop products, prototypes, technologies or services. Applicants can use R&D&I services from the Bay Zoltán Research Centre with public funding.
The call for proposals will be available from 22 September 2022. The available budget is HUF 304.700.000, the amount of the grant is HUF 10.000.000-40.000.000 per project. The grant intensity is 75%, with a 25% co-financing to be paid to the Bay Zoltán Research Centre. The final closing date of the projects is 31 December 2023, with a maximum duration of 10 months.
Proposals will be accepted up to three times the amount of the budget announced in the AKH- KomplexInno II call for proposals, after which the possibility to submit proposals will be closed.
