Our institute participates in several national (e.g. NKFIH, GINOP, OTKA) and international (e.g. Horizon Europe, EUREKA) grant programmes as a consortium member or leader. These projects cover the fields of industrial digitalisation, green economy, biotechnology, environment, agriculture and energy. Successful proposals enable us to develop advanced technologies, create new knowledge and build long-term, value-creating relationships with our partners.

Flagship projects that stand out among the Institute’s activities because of their scientific, technological or social impact. These initiatives often produce measurable results at national or international level, contributing for example to the greening of industrial processes, the promotion of the circular economy or innovation in sustainable food production. These projects are examples of how research is turning into tangible benefits.

Technical solutions and inventions created through our R&D work are regularly subject to industrial property protection. Our patents not only demonstrate our scientific achievements, but also open the door to industrial exploitation. The aim of the Bay Zoltán Research Institute is to ensure that these innovations reach industrial partners and the market as quickly and efficiently as possible.
